Moving to Australia from England in 2006.
Soph is an Ex Navy Medic, who took her leadership and business management qualifications to the next level managing out of Radiation Oncology Fiona Stanley, Jupiter Health and then went on to manage Support Workers around the Mandurah / Rockingham area.
With over 15 Years in Fitness and Nutrition, Soph brings experience as an ICN Body building competitor and national- level power lifter.
Soph is Cert III & IV, Master Trainer, Yoga & Nutrition Diplomas, MetaFit & Boxing Qualified. Soph has run her own successful Personal Training business in person and online, and worked as a Personal Trainer out of well known gyms such as Golds, Club lime and currently still works as a Coach at FitStop Baldivis.

As the Manager at Gemina Sport Port Kennedy- Soph wants to bring a friendly, family environment. A safe place for all current and new members. When she is not in the gym, she is a mum of 2 beautiful Children Gabriel & Evelyn.
