Ethan is our mixed martial arts (MMA) instructor with training in traditional boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Submission Wrestling. His martial arts journey began with his father, who taught him Wing Chun, before transitioning to Muay Thai and boxing. During his university years, he expanded his skill set by training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Wrestling.
Today, Ethan combines his diverse martial arts background into a strategic and cerebral approach, embodying the essence of a true Mixed Martial Artist.
With hands-on experience in cornering both MMA fights and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu matches, Ethan brings a professional, structured, and goal-oriented methodology to his classes. He prides himself on fostering an inclusive and safe environment where students of all levels can thrive.
Whether your goal is to step out of your comfort zone, get fit, compete in Jiu Jitsu, or enter the MMA cage, Ethan is dedicated to supporting you on your martial arts journey. Beyond the gym, Ethan is a Registered Nurse and co-owner of "Pick Your Poison” a combat-inspired clothing brand. At home, he is a devoted husband and father to his daughter Daisy.
