Our Kids Martial Arts program is more than just a great outlet for kids to learn self defense and get fit. Our students also learn important life skills like:

These attributes are incorporated into the curriculum of all of our Kids Martial Arts classes, which are segmented by age.

We have a Ninjas program specifically developed for small children, 3 to 5 years old. It’s a great way for children to have fun while learning basic self-defense skills. The moves and techniques are learned through entertaining games that little ones really enjoy!

Our second program, Commandos, is offered for children from 6 to 9 years old. This Kids Martial Arts program is based on the Gracie Bully Proof System which uses leverage-based control holds to neutralize threats without violence. Children are taught to defend themselves with words and non-violent techniques which do not involve kicking and punching. It’s an amazing way for them to gain self-confidence while protecting themselves and others.

For our 10 year olds and up, we offer a Samurai program that utilizes all elements of Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that have been taught in the previous classes. These sessions apply self defense techniques and help develop important aspects of good character that your child can take with them into their teens and then to adulthood.
